综合护理干预在慢性肛裂手术患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients with Chronic Anal Fissure Undergoing Surgery

为探讨综合护理干预对慢性肛裂手术患者术后疼痛及便秘发生率的影响,将80例慢性肛裂患者随机分为2组,各40例,围手术期分别接受常规护理(对照组)和综合护理干预(观察组),对比2组患者术后疼痛及便秘发生情况。结果显示,观察组术后2h、8h、12h疼痛评分均明显低于对照组,P <0.05;观察组便秘发生率明显低于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,对慢性肛裂手术患者实施综合护理干预能够缓解术后疼痛,降低便秘发生率,促进术后康复。

In order to investigate the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the incidence of postoperative pain and constipation in patients with chronic anal fissure(CAF)undergoing surgery,80 patients with CAF were randomly divided into control group(n=40,received routine nursing at perioperative period)and observation group(n=40,received comprehensive nursing intervention at perioperative period),then the incidence of postoperative pain and constipation was compared between the two groups.As results,the pain score in observation group was significantly respectively lower than that in control group at 2 h,8 hand 12 hafter operation(P<0.05),and the incidence of constipation in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Results show that for patients with CAF surgery comprehensive nursing intervention can relieve postoperative pain,reduce the incidence of constipation and promote postoperative rehabilitation.
