超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术联合微创手术治疗重度痔

Under Doppler Ultrasound Hemorrhoidal Artery Ligation Combined with Mini-invasive Surgery in the Treatment of Severe Hemorrhoids

为观察超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术联合微创手术治疗重度痔的疗效,将60例重度痔患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者均接受微创手术治疗,观察组患者给予超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术联合微创手术治疗。比较2组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后创面愈合时间、住院天数以及疼痛程度、肛门失禁等情况。结果显示,2组患者在手术时间、术中出血量和疼痛程度方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者在术后创面愈合时间、住院天数、Wexner评分和术后并发症发生率方面均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,超声多普勒引导下痔动脉结扎术联合微创手术治疗重度痔疗效显著。

This study was to investigate the effect of a combined procedure[under Doppler ultrasound hemorrhoidal artery ligation(HAL)and mini-invasive surgery(MIS)]in the treatment of severe hemorrhoids,randomly divided 60 cases of severe hemorrhoids into control group(30 cases,received MIS)and observation group(30 cases,above combined procedure);then compared both groups’operative time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative wound-surface healing time,hospitalization time(days),patients’pain degree,and the status of anal incontinence.As results,in operative time,in intraoperative bleeding volume and in pain degree there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05),but in postoperative wound-surface healing time,in hospitalization time(days),in Wexner score,and in postoperative complication incidence observation group was significantly superior to control group(P<0.05).Results show that under Doppler ultrasound HAL plus MIS for severe hemorrhoids has significant effect.
