自动痔疮套扎器治疗痔63例疗效观察

Effect Observation of 63 Cases of Hemorrhoids Treated with Automatic Hemorrhoid Ligator

为观察自动痔疮套扎器治疗痔的疗效,将126例痔患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组63例。对照组采用传统外剥内扎术治疗,观察组采用自动痔疮套扎器治疗,比较2组患者的临床疗效、手术时间、术中出血量及术后并发症。结果显示,观察组临床总有效率为98.41%,对照组为88.89%,观察组明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组患者在手术时间、术中出血量以及术后并发症发生率方面均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,自动痔疮套扎器不但可以提高痔患者的手术疗效,而且还可以缩短手术时间、减少术中出血量以及术后并发症。

In order to observe the curative effect of automatic hemorrhoids ligator in the treatment of hemorrhoids,126 patients with hemorrhoids were randomly divided into control group(n=63,treated with traditional external stripping and internal ligature)and observation group(n=63,treated with automatic hemorrhoids ligator).The clinical efficacy,operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.As results,in clinical total effective rate observation group was significantly higher than control group(98.41%vs 88.89%,P<0.05).In the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative complications observation group was all superior to control group(P<0.05).The results show that automatic hemorrhoids ligator can not only improve the surgical effect of hemorrhoids,but also shorten the operation time,reduce the intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative complications.
