手术室护理配合对腹腔镜结肠癌根治术的效果观察

Effect Observation of Operating Room Nursing Cooperation on Laparoscopic Radical Procedure for Colonic Cancer

为观察手术室护理配合对腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者的临床效果,将76例腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上强化手术室护理配合,比较2组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后肠道恢复时间、术后首次下床时间、住院时间、护理前后的监护指标和术后并发症发生率。结果显示,观察组患者手术时间、术后肠道恢复时间、术后首次下床时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P <0.05),术中出血量少于对照组(P <0.05),术毕在心率、呼吸、动脉压和术后并发症发生率方面均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,对腹腔镜结肠癌根治术患者实施手术室护理配合可有效缩短手术时间,促进患者肠道恢复,降低术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。

This study was to investigate the clinical effect of operating room nursing coordination in laparoscopic radical procedure for colonic cancer,76 patients to be subject to this procedure were randomly divided into control group(38 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(38 cases,added intensive operating room nursing based on routine nursing);then both groups’following items such as intraoperative bleeding volume;the time for operation,for postoperative intestinal tract recovery,for postoperative ambulation,and for hospitalization;and,the monitoring norms before and after nursing;as well as the incidence of postoperative complication.As results,in above every time-items observation group was all significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05);intraoperative bleeding volume less did so(P<0.05);And,at the end of operation in HR,respiration,artery pressure and complication incidence all superior to control group(P<0.05).Results show that for the colonic cancer patients undergoing laparoscopic radical procedure implementing operating room nursing coordination can effective shorten operative time,promote patients’intestinal tract recovery,decrease postoperative complication incidence.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
