特色肛肠护理干预对溃疡性结肠炎保留灌肠患者预后的作用

The Role of Characteristic Colorectal Nursing Intervention on Prognosis of the Patients with Ulcerative Colitis Undergoing Retention Enema

为观察分析特色肛肠护理干预对溃疡性结肠炎保留灌肠患者预后的作用,将溃疡性结肠炎患者100例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施特色肛肠护理干预,比较2组患者的预后恢复情况和不良反应发生率。结果显示,观察组患者的体质量增加幅度高于对照组(P <0.05),而大便成形时间和住院时间均短于对照组P <0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,特色肛肠护理干预应用于溃疡性结肠炎保留灌肠患者中,不仅促进患者的恢复,改善患者的预后,还有助于降低患者的不良反应发生率。

This study was to investigate the role of characteristic colorectal nursing intervention(CCNI)on the prognosis of ulcerative colitis(UC)patients undergoing retention enema(RE),100 cases of UC were randomly divided into control group(50 cases,routine nursing)and observation one(50 cases,CCIN based on routine nursing);then both groups’prognosis recovery status and untoward reaction incidence were compared.As results,in the increase range of body mass,in the time for stool shaped,and of hospitalization,as well as the incidence of untoward reaction,observation group was significantly and respectively higher,shorter,as well as lower than control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that CCNI for the UC patients undergoing RE is not only promoting patients’recovery,but improving their prognosis,also is helpful to decline the incidence of untoward reaction.
