品管圈活动在改善肛肠外科围手术期患者睡眠质量中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle Activity in Improving Sleep Quality of Patients Undergoing Colorectal Surgery during Perioperative Period

为观察品管圈活动在改善肛肠外科围手术期患者睡眠质量中的效果,将120例肛肠外科手术患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组患者接受常规护理,研究组患者接受品管圈活动护理,比较2组患者在不同护理方法下的护理满意度以及2组患者的睡眠质量情况。结果显示,研究组患者护理满意度为95.0%,对照组为66.7%,研究组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组(P <0.05);护理前2组患者的睡眠质量评分相近(P>0.05),研究组患者护理1周后、4周后和8周后的睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,品管圈活动在改善肛肠外科围手术期患者睡眠质量中效果显著,可有效提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

In order to observe the effect of quality control circle activity in improving sleep quality of patients undergoing colorectal surgery during perioperative period,120 patients undergoing colorectal surgery were randomly divided into control group(n=60,routine nursing)and study group(n=60,nursing of the quality control circle activity).The nursing satisfaction and the sleep quality under different nursing methods were compared between the two groups.As results,in the nursing satisfaction study group was significantly higher than control group(95.0%vs 66.7%,P<0.05).The sleep quality scores of the two groups were similar before nursing(P>0.05).The sleep quality scores in study group were all lower than those in control group 1 week,4 weeks and 8 weeks later after nursing(P<0.05).The results show that quality control circle activity has a significant effect in improving sleep quality of patients undergoing colorectal surgery during perioperative period,and can effectively improve the nursing satisfaction of patients,so is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
