经直肠超声造影在痔动脉结扎术中的应用价值分析

An Analysis on the Application Value of Transrectal Ultrasonic Radiography in Hemorrhoidal Artery Ligation

为探讨经直肠超声造影在痔动脉结扎术中的应用价值,将于我院拟行痔动脉结扎术的50例痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例,观察组行经直肠超声造影定位痔血管,对照组行常规经直肠超声定位痔血管,对比2组痔动脉显示率、治愈率,患者术后疼痛、出血、水肿情况,住院时间及复发情况。结果显示,2组治愈率和住院时间比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;但观察组在痔动脉显示率、患者术后疼痛、出血、水肿及复发情况方面明显优于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,与常规经直肠超声相比,经直肠超声造影法对痔动脉的显示效果更好,利于提高痔动脉结扎术的疗效,减轻术后并发症,临床应用价值更高。

This study was to explore the application value of transrectal ultrasonic radiography(TUR)in hemorrhoidal artery ligation(HAL),enrolled 50 patients to be subject to HAL in authors’hospital and randomly divided them into observation group(25 cases,taken TUR for localization of hemorrhoidal vessels),and control group(25 cases,still routine method to locate ones);then compared the displayed ratio of hemorrhoidal vessels(HV);curative rate;patient’s pain,bleeding and edema;hospitalization time and recurrence status,etc.between the two groups.As results,in hospitalization time and curative rate there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),but in the rest of above indexes observation group was all significantly superior to control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that TUR has more better display efficacy of hemorrhoidal artery,which is helpful to enhance HAL’s display efficacy,to reduce postoperative complication,thus its clinical application value just is more higher.
