高频超声在小儿急性肠套叠诊断与水压灌肠复位治疗中的应用价值

The Application Value of High-frequency Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Infantile Acute Intussusception and in the Hydropressure Enema Reduction Treatment

为探讨高频超声在小儿急性肠套叠诊断与水压灌肠复位治疗中的应用效果,选取2015年7月至2018年3月我院收治的74例急性肠套叠患儿进行研究,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各37例。对照组接受X线平片检查,并在其监视下行空气灌肠复位治疗;观察组接受高频超声检查,并在其监视下行水压灌肠复位治疗。对比2组诊断效果、复位时间及复位成功率。结果显示,观察组患儿诊断准确率(100%)明显高于对照组(62.16%),复位时间[(14.84±3.18)min]明显短于对照组[(25.23±4.27)min],复位成功率(97.30%)明显高于对照组(81.08%),P <0.05。结果表明,高频超声可准确诊断小儿急性肠套叠,而且在其监视下行水压灌肠复位治疗成功率高,具有临床推广价值。

This study was to investigate the application efficacy of high-frequency ultrasound(HFU)used in the diagnosis of infantile acute intussusception(IAI)and in hydropressure enema reduction treatment(HERT),enrolled 74 child patients with acute intussusception treated in author’s hospital(2015-07-2018-03),and randomly divided them into control group(37 cases,received X-ray inspection,and under its monitoring treated with air enema reduction)and observation group(37 cases,received HFU,and under its monitoring treated with hydropressure enema reduction);then compared both groups’diagnosis efficacy,the time for reduction,and the successful rate of reduction.As results,in above three indexes observation group was respectively and significantly higher(100%vs 62.16%),shorter[(14.84±3.18)min vs(25.23±4.27)min],and higher(97.30%vs 81.08%)that control group,(all,P<0.05).Results show that HFU can accurately diagnose IAI,and under its monitoring performing hydropressure enema reduction has higher successful rate than above another therapy.It has clinical popularization value.
