光子照射低位直肠癌Miles术后会阴部切口的效果分析

Efficacy Analysis of Photon Radiation on Perineal Incision after Mile’s Procedure for Low Rectal Carcinoma

为探讨光子照射低位直肠癌Miles术后会阴部切口的效果,将2015年1月至2018年9月于我院普外科行Miles术治疗的110例低位直肠癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各55例,对照组术后会阴部切口予以常规换药,观察组在常规换药基础上予以光子照射,对比2组患者术后会阴部创面疼痛、渗液、感染情况及创面愈合时间。结果显示,观察组术后创面疼痛明显轻于对照组,术后创面渗液少于对照组,创面感染发生率明显低于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组,P <0.05。结果表明,低位直肠癌Miles术后会阴部切口予以光子照射,可以减轻创面疼痛,减少创面渗液,降低创面感染发生率,促进创面愈合。

This study was to investigate the efficacy of photon radiation on perineal incision after Mile’s procedure for low rectal carcinoma,randomly divided 110 cases of low rectal carcinoma patients treated with Mile’s procedure in authors’hospital(2015-01-2018-09)into control group(55 cases,routine exchange dressing on incision)and observation group(55 cases,routine dressing exchange plus photon radiation),then compared perineal wound-surface pain,exudate and infection status,as well as the time for wound-surface healing between the two groups.As results,in observation group wound pain,wound-surface exudate,and wound infection incidence were respectively lighter,less,and lower than that in control group(all,P<0.05).Results show that for perineal incision after Mile’s procedure performing photon radiation can reduce wound-surface pain,decrease wound-surface exudate,decline wound-surface infection incidence,thus promoting its healing.
