摘要
通过对铝热法金属铬硅含量来源的分析,针对金属铬生产的特点,提出了降低浸出液中杂质硅含量的工艺方法,改变氢氧化铬煅烧窑窑衬材质及控制合理的冶炼配热量等措施。
In view of the characteristics of metallic chromium production,according to the analyses of the resource of silicon in metallic chromium,the method is put forward to reduce the content of silicon impurity in leach residue,and the measures are also proposed to change the material of calcination kiln lining and control reasonable heat supply.
