摘要
介绍了换底锭模的特点及其与旧式锭模进行现场对比试验情况和结果,从设计、综合力学性能和冷却能力等方面对换底锭模寿命长、合金质量好的原因进行了定性和定量分析。结果证明,换底锭模寿命比旧式锭模延长5倍、费用降低73%,并可基本上消除合金的缩孔、缩松缺陷。
The characteristics of bottom change-over ingot mould are introduced as well as the tests and the results comparing with former ingot mould.The qualitative and quantitative analyses are conducted from designing,comprehensive mechanical property and cooling capability on the reasons of longer ingot mould life and better quality of the ferroalloy inside it.The results show that the new mould′s life is more than 5 times than that of former one,the cost is reduced by 73%,and the shortages such as shrinkage pipe,porosity ete. are almost eliminate.
