摘要
分析了铁合金电炉料车斜桥上料与带式输送机上料的优缺点。系统介绍了波状挡边输送机应用于铁合金电炉上料系统中所具有的上料能力大、能耗低、节省占地面积等工程优势及波状挡边输送机的相关设计计算方法和计算公式,指出了波状挡边输送机是替代斜桥料车的新型上料方式,对大中型电炉和中小高炉料车斜桥上料系统的技术改造具有重要意义。
This paper analyzed advantages and disadvantages on skip hoist incline and common belt conveyor used in raw material feeding system of submerged arc furnace.It was introduced that walled belt conveyor has high conveying capacity,low electricity consumption and economization on site area.The methods and formulations on design of walled belt conveyor were given at the same time.It also showed that walled belt conveyor will take place of skip hoist bridge and be a new way of feeding,which must be significant in the technical transformation on large or medium capacity of SAF and BF with skip hoist bridge.
