摘要
基于运筹学和模糊数学的理论和方法 ,建立了工程机械质量检验风险决策系统模型 ,求出了质量指标的相对权重值 ,构造了质量判断矩阵和检验风险决策矩阵 ,求出了工程机械产品的生产方和使用方风险值的最优解 ,使风险决策系统最优化 ,并给出了实例 ,进行了量化处理。
Based on the theory and method of operations research and fuzzy mathematics, the paper sets up risk policy decision system model of quality inspection for construction machinery. It can get relative weight value of quality index and construct a quality evaluation matrix and inspection risk policy decision matrix. The optimal solution of risk value for manufacturer and user of construction machinery product is obtained.It makes the risk policy decision system optimum. The practical example is given and quantified.
