摘要
针对现有垂直式垃圾中转站的垃圾容器转运车架维护费用高、操作复杂等问题,提出了新型转运车架的结构方案和工作流程,建立了该转运车的虚拟样机模型.通过动态仿真分析,得出地面对轮胎作用力随时间变化的曲线,验证了整车在装载和卸载工况的工作稳定性,为转运车的设计和使用奠定基础.
In order to resolve such problems as high maintenance cost and complicated operation of existing transferring vehicle frames for vertical garbage transferring stations,the structure schemes and working processes of a novel transferring frame are first proposed. Then,a virtual-prototype model is established for transferring vehicles.By analyzing the time-related force variation curves obtained from ground towards tire,the vehicle working stability under loading and unloading conditions is finally verified. Therefore,this approach sets a basis on transferring vehicle design and usage.
