摘要
金属结构腐蚀不仅造成资源浪费,还严重影响设备工作性能,威胁工程安全.鉴于海洋起重机臂架的腐蚀情况比较严峻,为保证工程安全,需要对腐蚀状态海洋起重机臂架的受力情况进行研究.以海洋铺管船为例,研究不同腐蚀程度下,腐蚀对构件受力的影响.建立局部腐蚀结构有限元模型,对比未腐蚀结构应力,分析腐蚀各因素对构件应力的影响规律.据此提出结构改进措施,应用于铺管船用起重机臂架结构,结果表明改进措施的有效性.
Owing that the metal structure corrosion leads to the resource wastes,serious equipment performance impacts and safety threats,e. g. severe corrosive and safety problems of offshore crane booms,the boom loading should be studied. Specifically for the pipe-laying ships,a finite element model is first established for local corrosive structures based on corrosive impacts of componental loading under different corrosive levels. By comparing with the non-corrosive structure stresses,the impacts of corrosive factors upon componental stresses are then analyzed.Finally,the improvement metrics are effectively applied for pipe-laying ship boom structures.
