摘要
针对自行式载重车行走闭式液压系统的特点,归纳了电子防打滑、液控自由轮阀防打滑以及驱动限速阀防打滑三种自行式载重车常用的防打滑技术,分析了三种防打滑技术的工作原理,总结了三种防打滑技术的特点与适用范围.正确合理地设计车辆防打滑系统对于提升自行式载重车行走系统的操控性、稳定性和安全性具有重要的意义,为同类工程车辆行走闭式液压驱动系统的差力控制提供参考.
Pertaining to the features of hydraulically-driven closed traveling system of self-propelled trucks,three common anti-skidding technologies,i. e. the electronic,hydraulically-controlled free-wheel valve and driving governor valve,are inducted. By analyzing the working principles,relevant features and applicable scopes are summarized. To this end,the correct and rational design on truck anti-skidding systems promotes the operability,stability and safety of self-propelled trucks,setting a reference to the difference force of hydraulically-driven closed traveling systems for similar construction vehicles.
