摘要
将混凝土泵车臂架的自重视为均布载荷,并且考虑混凝土输送管和其内部混凝土的重量(下文简称"管力"),使得臂架结构受力更加逼近实际情况.针对实际设计中处理臂架重量和管力的情况,首先利用力学和数学知识对其进行数学建模,再利用有限元法和解析法分四种情形进行求解,得出四种情形下各节臂铰接点所受弯矩、剪力和铰支力.比较两种方法的计算结果,分析相对误差,以评价数学模型的准确性,为进一步合理设计混凝土泵车臂架结构提供参考.
By considering the boom weight of concrete pump truck,together with weights of pipe and concrete,as distributional loading,the boom structural loading approximates towards actual situation. Based on the practical design on boom weight and pipe force,a model is established using mechanics and mathematics. Afterwards,the bending moment,shearing force and hinge-supported force of boom hinged-points under four situations are obtained via finite element and analytic methods. W ith comparison of the computational results of two methods,the relative errors are analyzed to evaluate the precision of mathematical models and provide a reference to further rationale design on boom structure of concrete pump trucks.
