双轮铣槽机铣削岩土过程的数值模拟 被引量:10

摘要 基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA建立双轮铣槽机标准铣刀铣削岩土的数值模拟仿真模型,对标准铣刀铣削岩石进行仿真分析.本仿真运用带有损伤因子的JOHNSON_HOLMQUIST_CONCRETE岩土本构模型来模拟岩土材料.通过仿真来得到铣刀铣削岩土的动态过程,并得到铣刀铣削岩土时候铣刀水平方向受力和垂直方向上的受力曲线图.最后通过改变铣刀的进给深度和岩土的静态抗压强度来分析铣刀的水平方向和垂直方向受力曲线图,通过该仿真可以为双轮铣铣槽机在铣削岩土时候的选择合适的铣削扭矩和铣刀下压力提供一定的参考依据. By establishing the numerical simulation model via ANSYS/LS- DYNATM,the rock-soil milling is first simulated and analyzed using the standard milling tools of double ringing slotters.Then,the JOHNSON_HOLMQUIST_CONCRETE constitutive model with damage factors is applied for rock-soil material simulation.In the dynamic rock-soil milling process,the horizontal and vertical loading curves are obtained.Finally,the curves are analyzed by changing the milling tool feed-depth and static rock-soil compressive strength.Therefore,this approach sets a reference to the selection of milling torques and pressures.
