摘要
工艺规划方案的优劣直接影响到产品质量和生产效率.基于灰色关联理论,考虑能耗等指标,运用熵权法对各指标赋权,建立了符合企业实际需求的多目标工艺规划决策模型,减少了人为主观性对评价过程的干扰.最后以实际缸体工艺规划的决策案例为对象进行详细研究,验证了所提方法的有效性.
The product quality and production efficiency are directly impacted by the process planning schemes.Based on the grey correlation theory,the entropic weighting method is first employed to weigh such criteria as energy consumption.Then,a multi-objective process planning and decision-making model is established to meet the actual demands from enterprises and reduce the interruptions from subjective evaluation processes.Finally,a case of cylinder process planning and decision-making is studied in details to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
