摘要
介绍了一种对陀螺飞轮柔性支承转子进行本机动平衡的方法.通过两维摆角伺服控制系统维持转子零位的控制电流来计算高速转子不平衡质量的幅值,同时以外接绝对式光电编码器测量不平衡质量的相位,使用激光去重机实现对不平衡质量的去除.动平衡试验验证了这种方法可以实现柔性支承转子的动平衡.
A local machine dynamic balancing method is introduced to the flexible supporting rotors of gyro flywheel.By using a2 D swing angle servo system to maintain the control current for rotor zero positioning,the unbalanced mass amplitudes of high-speed rotors are calculated.Meanwhile,the phases of unbalanced mass are measured by an absolute optical encoder.In addition,the unbalanced mass is removed by a laser weight removing machine.Therein,it is verified from testing that the proposed method can be feasibly applied for the dynamic balancing on flexible supporting rotors.
