摘要
针对叶片弦向摆锤共振加载系统,建立系统的弹簧-阻尼模型,利用拉格朗日方程推导出系统的运动微分方程.以摆锤为对象,分析叶片弦向疲劳加载共振能量,对系统进行动力学分析和参数匹配;设计加试验装置,采用虚拟仪器软件实现信号处理及通信控制,PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)对频率搜索跟踪、输出控制,完成疲劳加载系统测试过程.试验结果表明:疲劳加载系统安全可靠,达到了较好的控制效果,为疲劳系统的应用提供了理论依据及试验参考,也为后续的风机叶片疲劳加载试验打下了基础.
According to the blade chordwise pendulum resonant loading system,the system spring-damping model is first established.By using the Lagrange equations to deduce the motional differential equations,the blade chordwise pendulum fatigue loading energy is obtained for dynamical system analysis and parametric matching.The testing process of fatigue loading system is then implemented by designing the experimental loading device,realizing the signal processing and communication control,and completing the PLC frequency searching,tracking and output control.Finally,it is found from testing results that,due to the safety and reliability of fatigue loading system,the theoretical and testing references are set for future fatigue loading tests on wind turbine blades.
