摘要
以集装箱后方堆场以及无水港的提箱作业为主要研究对象,针对无水港及集装箱后方堆场设备资源配置紧张的现状,提出了一种道口选箱与机械资源配置协同决策的方法.该方法将机械资源配置融入了道口选箱的决策过程之中,并突破了传统的以道口为中心的单点决策方式,将提箱任务以类似招标的模式发布到各个可能的提箱点,进而由各邻近场吊智能终端来进行协同决策,并将决策结果以投标的形式反馈至服务器从而形成最终的方案.经过算例分析,证明了方法的有效性,同时该方法对于提高集装箱堆场的生产作业效率具有一定的应用价值.
For the container pickup operations,a collaborative decision-making method is proposed by integrating the gateway container selection with machinery resource allocation.By releasing pickup tasks to possible pickup points,a breakthrough towards single-point mode of traditional gateway-centered decision is realized.Further elaborated,the intelligent terminal is used for collaborative decision-making through neighboring yard cranes to generate the final decision from a bidding feedback to server.Based on a computational example,the feasibility of this approach is proven to enhance the operational efficiency of container yards.
