摘要
基于模糊分析理论,采用层次分析法,研究出一种用于在用旅游观光车安全评价的方法.首先,对在用观光车的安全使用状况进行实地调研和考察,筛选出观光车的故障模式特征及规律,识别危险因素的影响度;然后对各危险因素进行归类,且以父子关系进行排列组合;再根据层次权重解析方法,确定出各级危险因素的权重,建立风险评价模型;最后利用评价模型对在用观光车的安全给出定量的评估.研究旨在完善旅游观光车行业的评价体系,增强旅游观光车领域的安全预警和事故防范能力.
Based on the fuzzy theory and AHP method,a safety evaluation method is proposed for tourist vehicles.Firstly,the surveys are investigated into safety operational conditions of tourist vehicles to filter fault mode features and principles for risk recognition.Then,the risk factors are sorted on the parent-child relationship combinations.Next,an analytic hierarchical weighting method is used to determine risk factor weights for risk evaluation model.Finally,aquantitative evaluation is postulated on tourist vehicle safety.Therein,the evaluation system is improved for tourism industry so as to enhance safety precaution and accident prevention on tourist vehicles.
