摘要
以混合动力装载机为例,对行走系统电力驱动的弱磁控制策略进行研究.首先根据装载机行走系统运行特点,确定电力牵引工作曲线;然后介绍永磁同步电机的弱磁控制算法,使永磁同步电机工作在低速大转矩和高速恒功率状态;最后对弱磁控制策略进行了电动和馈电特性试验.结果表明:弱磁控制算法能满足轮边电力驱动的设计要求.
The electric-driven field weakening control strategy is investigated into walking system of hybrid loaders.Firstly,the electric traction working curve is determined based on the operational features of loader working system.Afterwards,the field weakening control algorithm is proposed for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)under such conditions as low rotary speed,big rotary torque,and high speed yet constant power.Finally,this algorithm is tested via motor driving and feeding.Therein,it is indicated from results that the field weakening control algorithm meets the design requirements on wheel electric driving.
