基于总线网络的消防炮区域控制箱设计

Fire monitor region control-box design via bus network

设计了一种可通过RS485总线同时控制多台消防炮终端各种动作的区域控制箱,它可接收消防炮终端检测到的火情信息,并通过CAN总线与消防控制中心相连,实现与消防控制中心的信息互动.区域控制箱体内部采用模块化设计,并使用I2C总线来简化系统结构.所设计的区域控制箱有助于解决同一空间内多台消防炮的协同控制问题.

Firstly,a regional control-box,which can simultaneously control the actions of multiple fire monitor terminals through RS485 bus,is designed.Accordingly,the fire behaviors can be received by terminal detections,meanwhile the control-box is connected with fire control center via CAN bus so as to realize the information interaction.Afterwards,the modular design for regional control-box is applied using I2 C bus to simplify the system structure.Thereafter,the collaborative control problem amongst multiple fire monitors within the same space is resolved.
