摘要
由于工作环境恶劣,液压挖掘机对散热系统的要求非常严格.为了合理利用柴油机动力性能,使柴油机与散热系统达到最大化效率匹配,详细分析了影响散热系统的关键因素,并运用不同散热器模型的比较分析来确定各散热系统的优劣以及柴油机特性对散热效果的影响;采取试验数据与经验计算相结合的方法来验证模型方案的正确性,最终提出散热系统匹配的评价标准.
Due to tough working environments,a high requirement is needed for excavator cooling system.To enhance the dynamical performance of diesel engines,the impact factors of cooling system are detailedly analyzed to attain the maximum efficiency matching.By comparing various cooler models,the advantages and weaknesses,along with the impact of diesel engine properties upon cooling efficiency,are obtained.Therefore,the model correctness is verified via testing data and empirical computation so as to propose the evaluation standards on cooling system matching.
