摘要
开发出一种基于试重标定法原理的新型软支撑动平衡机.以MSP430系列混合数字处理器为数据采集单元,以嵌入式工控机为主控单元,以转速和MEMS(Micro-Electro-Mechanical System)三轴加速度传感器为传感单元,自主开发信号调理电路板、数据采集处理程序和上位机应用软件.该系统可实现传动轴单、多面的不平衡量大小及角度的精确测定,以便进行配平,并具有较好的人机界面.
A new soft supporting balance machine is postulated based on testing weight calibration method.By respectively employing the MSP430 series hybrid digital processor,embedded IPC and rotary speed and MEMS three-axis acceleration transducer as data sampling,main control and sensor units,the signal conditioning board,data sampling program and upper computer application software are developed.Therein,this system possesses good human-computer interface to implement the precise determination and balancing on single-and multi-surface unbalanced values and angles for transmission shaft.
