摘要
根据风机水泵分功率液力无级调速的原理,研究并提出了风机水泵分段式综合调节流量的方法和技术方案,通过采用时间序列法建立分段式综合调节流量方法在风机水泵不同工作阶段的功率模型,进行了风机水泵的调速工作段与阀门截流工作段的分段点能耗分析,验证了分段式综合调节流量法的节能优势.
According to the power-enabled hydrodynamic variable-speed regulation for fan pumps,the sectional and combined flow regulation method and scheme are proposed.By establishing the power model on different working phases using the time series method,the energy consumptions of sectional points between speed regulation and closure working phases are analyzed.Therefore,the energy consumption advantage of sectional and combined flow regulation is verified.
