摘要
介绍了汽车碰撞对标分析的基本过程和内容,并针对一汽海马某车型的侧面碰撞进行了对标分析.通过车身变形模式、车身加速度和速度、车身侵入量3个指标的对比,验证了CAE建模方法的有效性及侧面碰撞仿真模型的精度,为该车型后续碰撞安全性能开发的仿真分析奠定了基础.
Based on benchmarking processes and contents of vehicle impacts,the side impact benchmarking is conducted on a specific Haima vehicle.By comparing the body deformation,acceleration velocity and velocity and intrusion,the CAE modeling effectiveness and simulation precision are verified for future development and simulation on impact safety functionality.
