摘要
针对传统的功能定义对产品功能作用原理描述的局限性,提出一种基于特征的产品功能表达通用模型.通过对产品功能原理设计和生物基因进化方面类比结果的相似性分析,引入产品功能特征基因概念模型.阐述了产品功能特征的基因变异机理,包括重组、定位诱变、自发突变、转录及翻译等知识,揭示出产品功能特征基因模型在功能原理设计中的重要作用.最后,构建一种基于TRIZ与基因进化理论的产品集成创新设计过程模型,并以智能割草机器人调高机构装置为例对该模型进行了验证,获得了理想的产品功能原理设计创新方案.
To resolve the limitation of functional definition to functional principle description,ageneric model is initially proposed for feature-based product functional expression.Through the similarity analysis between product functional design and genetic evolution,agenetic conceptual model for product functional features is thereafter introduced.By summarizing the variation mechanism including recombinant,location mutation,spontaneous mutation,transcription and translation,the significance of feature genes on functional design is subsequently revealed.Afterwards,aproduct functional innovation design process model is established based on TRIZ and genetic evolution theory.Consequently,this approach is verified on preferred deign option by using intelligent intelligent mower robot for a case study.
