摘要
介绍了星形拧紧工艺、分块拧紧工艺的工作原理,以这两种工艺方式来分别拧紧法兰实验样件螺栓,并进行了对比.分析结果表明:星形拧紧方式下的螺栓预紧效果极好,所有螺栓的预紧力矩值可达预定值的95%之上,对预紧值期待较高的情况比较合适;而分块拧紧方式,螺栓预紧力矩可达预定值的90%~95%,特点是拧紧步数少,是星形拧紧工艺方式的70%.
The working principles of star tightening process and block tightening process are introduced.The bolts of flange test samples are tightened by these two processes,which are compared.The results show that:in the star tightening process mode,pre-tightening moment of all bolts can reach more than 95%of the target value,which is more appropriate to the situation of higher pre-tightening value;in the block tightening process mode,pre-tightening moment of bolts can reach 90%~95%of the target value,but its characteristic is the small number of tightening steps,only 70%of star tightening process.
