论高校经济困难学生工作的体系建设

On the Construction of the Working System for Distressed Students in Colleges and Universities

经济困难学生目前已成为高校人数较多的特殊群体,做好经济困难学生的帮扶工作是高校义不容辞的责任。运用系统科学的理论,从认定体系、资助体系、思想教育体系三个方面构建高校经济困难学生的帮扶工作体系,做到物质上帮助学生,精神上培育学生,能力上锻炼学生,以提高经济困难学生工作的效率和质量,更好地达到育人的目的。

The distressed students have become a special group with a large number in colleges and universities whose duty is to assist them out of difficulty.Based on the theory of systematic science,this paper deals with the construction of the working system for the distressed students from such aspects as judgement,aid,and ideological education.We shonld offer students material,moral education and practice so as to improve our working efficiency and quality in the course of cultivation.
