摘要
案例教学法是一种开放、合作、互动的新型教学方法,有利于提高学生学习兴趣,培养学生综合能力。在人力资源管理教学方法改革中,案例教学法越来越受到重视。研究案例教学组织,分析案例教学中易出现的问题,对于正确运用案例教学方式十分重要。
Case study is a kind of new teaching method that is opening,collaborative,and interactive.It is advantageous to enhance the students' interest and raise the students' comprehensive capacity.In the reform of human resource management teaching method,we attach importance to case study.Analysis of the problems in case study is very important for its appplication in teaching.
