摘要
大学生阶段非智力因素比智力因素更为重要,通过培养动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格等非智力因素,可以充分发挥学生的学习主动性,对实施素质教育具有重要的指导意义。具体实施中教师通过师生互动培养大学生的非智力因素,校园环境等则起间接影响作用。
Nonintellectual factors are more important than intellectual factors for college students.The initiative of the students can be improved by the cultivation of nonintellectual factors such as motives,interest,emotion,determination,characters,etc,which is of great significance to the implementation of quality education.Teachers can cultivate students' nonintellectual factors through interaction between teacher and students,and the campus may have an indivect effect on students' nonintellectual factors.
