随着信息技术与应用的快速发展,利用电信网络实施的诈骗犯罪活动日益增多。不法分子设立电信网络诈骗窝点,利用网络改号电话、"伪基站"设备等实施诈骗活动。电信网络诈骗犯罪活动严重侵犯了公民和法人组织的财产权利,严重影响了人民群众的日常生活,严重干扰了正常的电信网络秩序,已经成为一大社会公害。

With the rapid development of information technology and application,more and more frauds are committed by using telecommunication network.Criminals set up a telecom network fraud dens,bring about a lot of illegal activities.Telecom network fraud leads to huge loss of property and has a qreat impact of people’s dailylife.It seriously interferes with the normal order of telecom network,and has become a public nuisance.
