摘要
毛纤维是重要且珍贵的纺织原料,但各类毛纤维在生产和消费中难以鉴别.采用扫描电镜观察法对羊绒、紫羊绒、绵羊毛、牦牛绒、驼绒毛纤维的鳞片形态、结构、分布等特点进行了对比分析,对不同毛纤维进行了定性鉴别;并通过碱溶度差异法鉴别了羊绒/绵羊毛、羊绒/牦牛绒、牦牛绒/紫羊绒混合毛纤维的混合比.毛纤维的定性鉴别和定量鉴别对商检鉴定未知毛纤维以及混纺比提供了实用方法.
Wool fiber is important and precious textile raw material,but it is difficult to distinguish all kinds of wool fibers in production and consumption.This paper has analyzed the appearance of the purple cashmere,cashmere,wool,yak and camel hair by scanning electron microscopy,achieveing qualitative identification for wool fibers.And blend ratios of cashmere/wool,cashmere/yak hair,purple cashmere/yak cashmere are tested by alkali solubility difference method.The qualitative and quantitative identification experimental results provide practical methods to identify wool fiber and the blend ratio of unknown wool yarns.
