Research on Operation and Maintenance of OPzV Series Battery

针对不间断电源系统OPzV蓄电池的运行维护开展研究工作。根据目前存在的浮充运行,仅对清洁和电压检测的简单维护提出问题,依据OPzV蓄电池的特点,提出控制蓄电池运行电压,实施均衡充电,进行内阻测量、容量测试,从而优化运行方式。通过定制选购切合现场的仪器设备,达到规范运行维护方法,掌握蓄电池运行状态,延长蓄电池使用寿命的目的。

Research work is done here on the operation and maintenance of OPzV battery in uninterrupted power supply system. It questions the existing floating charge operation, and the simple maintenance by only cleaning and voltage detection. According to the characteristics of OPzV battery, it puts forward the ideas of controlling the operating voltage of the battery, implementing a balanced charge, measuring internal resistance, and testing the capacity, so as to optimize the operation mode. Through customized purchase of instruments and equipment conform to the field, we aim to regulate the operation and maintenance method, master the running state of the battery, and prolong the service life of the battery in this way.
