摘要
铁路实施货运组织改革,在保留铁路行业公共公益性属性的同时,对于提高企业核心竞争力,提升区域性竞争优势和市场份额有着深远的意义。目前,铁路货运研究方向由货运技术方面研究进一步重点转向货运市场等方面的研究,针对铁路运输企业所在区域性货源吸引区进行SWOT环境分析十分必要。
Railway freight carried out organization reform which makes great sense in improving the core competitiveness, the regional competitive advantage and market share,and at the same time public welfare property of railway industry remained. At present, the research focus turns from railway freight technology further into the freight market, etc. It is necessary to carry out SWOT analysis on the regional supply attraction zone where the railway transport enterprise lies.
