摘要 天然气作为自然界中的气体,已经得到开发与利用,成为一种关键性的能源。近年来,随着能源的供应紧张以及能源使用需求的增加,天然气管道的建设已经在紧锣密鼓的进行中,但为了满足天然气管道的远距离能源传输需求,管道焊接裂纹的工艺优化显得十分必要。结合工作经验,找出长输天然气管道焊接裂纹产生的成因,并针对性地提出控制措施,优化长输天然气管道焊接裂纹工艺,为天然气能源的开发与利用提供保障。 As one existing gas, natural gas has been developed and utilized, and become a key energy. In recent years, with the short supply and high demand of energy, the construction of natural gas pipelines has carried out in full swing, but in order to meet the long distance energy transmission demand, optimization of the welding crack technique is very necessary. The causes of welding crack of long distance natural gas pipelines are found out based on work experience, and the control measures are put forward,in order to optimize the welding crack technique of long distance natural gas pipeline, and provide guarantees for the development and utilization of natural gas.
