摘要
BIM技术的引入对"交钥匙"工程中项目图纸设计、设计优化、施工管理、成本控制、质量监督、综合管理起到了前期预测作用,实现了万达国际化项目工程主流模式的建立。论文从BIM技术及工程价值入手,深入分析万达交钥匙工程中BIM技术的实际应用价值,以期通过该种方式为我国商业地产的发展提供技术支持。
The introduction of BIM technology makes an early prediction to drawings design, design optimization, construction management, cost control,quality supervision and comprehensive management in'turn-key'project. In this way the mainstream mode of Wanda International Project is established.Beginning with the BIM technology and engineering value, it analyzes in depth the practical value of BIM technology application in the'turn-key'project of Wanda, in order to offer technical support for the development of China's commercial real estate in this way.
