输油管道工程EPC项目物资采购管理改进研究

Improvement on Material Purchasing Management of EPC Project of Petroleum Pipeline Engineering

输油管道运输具有较高的安全性和经济性.近年来,在我国经济快速发展的同时,基本上已经成为了运输天然气和石油的主要方式之一。论文对输油管道工程EPC项目的物资采购管理进行研究,主要目的在于对国内油气长输管道EPC总包模式优劣做进一步探讨。为此,首先明确了EPC项目的内涵,其次以中油管道物资装备总公司参与的津华项目为例,分析了该项目当前EPC总包模式下的物资采购管理现状和问题,进而提出了具有针对性的改进措施。

Pipeline transportation is of high safety and economy.In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in our country, pipeline transportation has basically become one of the main transportation modes of natural gas and oil.In this paper,the material purchasing management of EPC project of petroleum pipeline engineering is studied,and the main purpose of this paper is to discuss the advantages and drawbacks of the EPC,a kind of package mode in long-distance oil and gas pipeline transportation in domestic. For this reason, this article firstly defines the connotation of EPC project at first, secondly takes Jinhua project which China petroleum pipeline mand equipment company joint to, as an example, then analyzes the status and problems of material purchasing management under the EPC package mode, and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures at last.
