The nuclear power engineering projects are of large scale, complex technology,and long construction period.How to effectively control the schedule of nuclear power engineering projects, is the central task of project management. The management system and different preparation methods in nuclear power installation project schedule are mainly discussed here, and progress statistics, error analysis and corrective measures in the schedule execution process are explored.
