摘要
分析了石油化工建设工程项目管理的核心目标,以及项目管理在石化建设工程当中的具体应用,并提出了适合我国国情的项目管理模式。
This paper mainly analyzes the core objectives of petrochemical construction project management, and specific application of project management in the petrochemical construction project, and puts forward the project management pattern suitable for China's national conditions.
