冲击压路机碾压遍数对路基压实质量的影响 被引量:2

摘要 随着冲击压路机在岩土工程中的应用越来越广,公路路基的压实质量也有了显著提高。公路路基的压实度是保证道路结构强度和使用寿命的一项重要指标,压实质量的好坏直接影响路基的压实度,对公路路基质量的影响作用很大,是公路施工中一项非常重要的质量控制环节。论文介绍了道路路基的压实原理;概述了冲击压路机的技术特性;结合工程试验,通过冲击压路机碾压遍数对路基压实度的影响进行分析,最终得出随着压实轮对路基压实次数的增多,所影响的路基深度由上到下渐渐降低,随着压实轮对路基压实次数的增多,沉降量先大后小,渐渐趋向稳定状态。 Along with the application of impact roller in geotechnical engineering is more and more widely, highway subgrade compaction quality have improved significantly. Highway subgrade compaction is to ensure that a road structure strength and service life of the important indicators, the compaction quality directly affect the quality of subgrade compaction degree of highway roadbed material role is very big, the influence of highway construction is a very important link of quality control. This article first introduces the principle of roadbed compaction, and then summarized the technical characteristic of impact roller, then combined with the engineering test, through the impact roller rolling pass to analyze the influence of the roadbed compaction degree, finally it is concluded that wheel as the compaction of subgrade compaction times increasing, the influence of subgrade depth from top to bottom gradually reducing,wheel as the compaction of subgrade compaction times increasing, settlement after the first big small, gradually incline to stable state.
