Study on the Planning Strategy of Consumption Based on Supply in the Near Urban Construction——Jiangning District, Nanjing City as an Example

通过对建设用地物质空间属性的解读和剖析,认识当前建设用地利用的状况,结合国民经济与社会发展规划、土地利用发展规划和城市发展趋势,分析建设用地潜力,预测建设用地利用规模,提出实现空间目标的空间策略。

Through interpretation and analysis of spatial attributes of construction land,we know the utilization of present construction land.Combined with economic and social development plans,utilization development plans and urban development trend, the potential of construction land is analyzed,utilization scale is predicted,and spatial strategies are put forward to realize the space target.
