摘要
以提高桥式龙门机床横梁部件结构刚性,减轻横梁部件质量,满足机床高速加工要求为目的,利用Pro/E软件建立三维几何模型,通过模型简化,结合载荷等效原则建立有限元模型,分析其在工作载荷下的静态刚度和动态刚度,根据分析结果对现有横梁进行再设计。
The paper aims to improve the structural rigidity of beam parts of bridge gantry machine, reduce its mass and meet the demand of high-speed processing of the machine. Pro/E software is used to establish a three-dimensional geometric model. By simplifying the model, finite element model is built based on the load equivalent method. The static and dynamic stiffness under working load are analyzed, and then the existing beam is optimized according to analysis results.
