摘要
工程建设施工安全管理一直是企业安全管理的"短板",通过充分借鉴NOSA、HSE以及煤矿安全管理体系的做法和经验,研究探索建立一套工程建设领域的安全风险预控管理体系,作为提升企业工程建设安全管理水平的载体,是有效解决工程建设施工安全管理问题的途径。
The safety management of engineering construction has been the 'short board' in enterprises.By learning from NOSA, HSE and practice and experience of the coal mine safety management system,we aim to study and explore a safety risk prevention and control management system in engineering construction field, as a carrier to enhance the safety management level in enterprises.It is the effective way to solve the problems of safety management in engineering construction.
