With the rapid development of economy in our country, the construction of various large-scale highways and bridges, the changing structure and increasing difficulty in production, precision and quality have been the focus. Taking the upper chord of Beipan river bridge as an example,this paper sorts, analyzes, and summarizes the probable quality problems of the special structure—the chord with double nodes in the process of production. And the technological points and quality control measures are introduced.
