Engineering management deals with the quality, schedule, cost, safety and other aspects of the projects,and it is comprehensive work. When carrying out the engineering management, we should grasp the theoretical knowledge deeply and accurately. On that basis, a clear and complete theoretical system should be set up, and engineering management should be implemented, to ensure the economic and social benefits of the projects. This paper briefly analyzes the engineering management theory and system construction, in order to provide some reference and suggestions for improving the efficiency and quality of engineering management.
