Analysis on Common Problems of Fire Design Audit of Construction Projects and Countermeasures

消防受理窗口对建设单位递交的申请材料进行形式审查过程中,发现报送材料中存在行政许可缺失、资格资质不足、材料不齐、不符合法定形式等问题,从报送建设工程消防设计审核的常见问题及对策角度分析、总结,建议建设单位在申报中应对材料合法性、时效性、准确性加以关注,进一步提高审核或备案抽查申报质量与效率。

When auditing the form of application materials submitted by the construction units,the fire acceptance window finds the lack of administrative licensing, insufficient qualification, incomplete materials or illegal form in the submitted materials.This paper analyses and summarizes common problems of the submitted fire design audit of construction projects and countermeasures. It is suggested that the construction unit should pay attention to the legitimacy, timeliness, accuracy in the declaration to further improve the declaration quality and efficiency in audit or record check.
